Room Rates
Room rates are based on single/double
occupancy and are subject to 6% state tax and 9% city tax.
$30 charge per additional guest in room.
Deposit
A credit card deposit for the amount of
the first night’s charges is required at the time reservation is
made. We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal
checks.
Cancellation
Cancellation requires a 3-day notice. If
reservation must be cancelled within 3 days of the stay, the 1st
night WILL be charged
(unless the vacancy can be filled, in which case there will be
no charge). Group reservations require a 30-day cancellation
notice, less a $50 processing fee.
Smoking
The Azalea Plantation is a
NON-SMOKING inn. Many
comfortable areas OUTSIDE
are available for our smoking guests. A refurbishing fee will be
charged to guests who choose not to honor the “no smoking
indoors” policy.
